AZTEC TENTS TO BEGIN SHARING ENGINEERING PLANS WITH CLIENTS

New Service Streamlines Structure Approvals for Event Planners and Other Customers

Torrance, CA– Aztec Tents – one of the nation’s leading tent designers and manufacturers – has announced that it will begin distributing engineering designs to its clients with each purchase of its Series 2000 Pole Tent. One of the most popular temporary structures available from Aztec Tents, the Series 2000 Pole Tent is a pre-stressed portable tension tent and a perfect solution for a wide range of special events. This decision will enable Aztec Tents to continue providing its stellar customer care, while presenting a new service at no additional cost to its clients.

By providing engineering schematics for the Series 2000, Aztec Tents streamlines the authorization process for event planners when erecting a new structure. Traditional procedures dictate that cities or governing officials receive the engineering specifications of any intended construction to ensure safety and legal compliance. For event planners, this process is lengthy and expensive. Per this service, Aztec will provide its clients with custom engineering reports with every Series 2000 purchase, thus saving clients hours of work and thousands of dollars.

“The Series 2000 Pole tent is uniquely versatile and extremely efficient in terms of set-up, availability and safety,” said Alex Kouzmanoff, Aztec Tents’ National Sales Director. “By sharing these plans, we hope to make the Series 2000 Pole Tent even more appealing because we can now instantaneously deliver its technical specifications directly from the engineer to our clients.”

The Series 2000 - originally engineered in 1991 - is handcrafted by Aztec Tents and performs to the highest level.

Available in single pole widths of 40, 50, and 60 feet and twin pole widths of 60, 80, 100 and 120 feet, the Series 2000 Pole Tent can be extended lengthwise in 30-foot increments to accommodate nearly any structural need. Aztec Tents also offers the Series 2000 with 7-, 8-, and 10-foot legs. The Series 2000 can withstand winds up to 70 miles per hour, making the tent perfect for weddings, hospitality events, corporate functions and many other outdoor gatherings.

Complete Series 2000 packages include 16- and 18-ounce modular fabric sections, storage bags for tops, ratchets, staking bars, stakes and both center pole and side pole jumper ropes. All of Aztec Tents’ aluminum pole components are anodized to prevent corrosion, and it’s uniquely designed optional rolling skid plate allows for a simplified installation while protecting delicate surfaces under the center poles. Color options include white, yellow, red, green and blue.

“The Series 2000 is a great investment for our clients for several reasons,” Kouzmanoff said. “Not only is it packaged with a freshly stamped engineering report, but it’s aesthetically appealing and easy to manage.”
