Tectrac® SK Structures

Tectrac® SK Structures

Clearspan Structures: Tectrac® SK

The Tectrac® Structure is a revolutionary clearspan structure that allows for installation in either a tilt-up or lift-up technique allowing unique versatility to suit any jobsite. As with all of our clearspan structures the fabric slides into a channel within the extruded aluminum beam allowing for a superior performing and long-lasting top. The Tectrac® SK is available in widths of 10’, 20’, 30’, 40’, and 50’. All Tectrac® Structures are expandable to any required length by simply adding 10’ or 20’ modular bays to the structure.

WHY TECTRAC SK?

  • Uses smaller crews for installation

Compact Baseplate System:

Sunburst Gable Design:
Combine the great look of a clear gable with unique reinforcements to achieve the Sunburst Gable design

Hex End Options:
Set the structure as a hex or add hexagonal ends to a traditional gable structure

Purlin Design:
20' Spans are allowed by reinforced purlins that hinge and drop into position during installation

Frame Tents

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

Pole Tents

Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.

Clearspan Structures

Similar to Frame Tents, these types of frame supported structures have no interior posts or columns. The unique attribute that Clearspan Structures hold is their ability to span quite large distances without interior posts and also without external guying. Generally, these structures are built for higher loading applications and larger span sizes.
