Matt Pare, CERP

Regional Area Manager

Matt Pare joins Aztec Tents with a wealth of rental industry experience. The Maine native began his career as a tent installer at age 17 and has since held nearly every position within tent rental operations, from operations manager to inside and outside sales representative. Most recently, Pare served as vice president of sales and marketing for Colorado-based Classic Party Rentals, where he was instrumental in the opening of the company’s Colorado Springs location and the re-development of Alpine Party Rentals Aspen location.

“Because of my extensive experience on the rental side of this industry, I’ve become very familiar with Aztec Tents’ comprehensive operations and commitment to customer service,” said Pare. “I’ve always used and admired Aztec products, regardless of what company I was with, so the decision to come aboard here was a very natural one. As an installer, I have tremendous faith in the Aztec product, and as a management professional I have always felt I had a partner that provided an excellent product and a great return on investment.”

Matt serves as the Regional Account Manager in the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. He can be reached at m.pare@aztectent.com or 310-505-3790

Frame Tents

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

Pole Tents

Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.
