MARKETS SERVED: EVENT VENUES & WINERIES

Whether you are just exploring to start up a new venue or you've been hosting events for years and want to bring new capabilities to your property, our team comes with the expertise to help you find a solution to match your organization’s operational infrastructure. Our approach is consultative and collaborative.  Listening to your needs drives our recommendations for products that will not only fit your needs but will align with your organization as you grow. At the end of the day, our organization only stands on our your success.

HOW WE WORK

While most of our customers and prospective customers are able to find a great amount of information on our website, the collaborative approach that we have found to be most successful is best started with a conversation with one of our Regional Account Managers. These individuals are not just salespeople, they are masters of the trade and skilled at product details, training, installation, warehousing, and operations.

WHEN SHOULD YOU RENT VS WHEN YOU SHOULD BUY

When your plans are to use a tent on an event by event basis, you likely would benefit from renting the product from one of our event rental dealers. These partners have the technical expertise and labor teams needed for the installation of our products and additionally have many of the tools and capabilities to service the product as it is installed and removed. If your venue plans to seasonally install a tent to cover your event space you may find it financially beneficial to consider purchasing the tent and working with one of our trained dealers to install, remove and clean your tent fabric. Under most situations, staff employed at most of the venues we work with are not properly trained to install our products.

WHAT'S INVOLVED WITH OWNING A TENT?

Its no secret that our tents are much more than a pop-up tent you might see around town. Along with a design that is engineered to last, out tents are primarily designed for the event rental and event venue industries. Our tents are not designed for transport in typical passenger vehicles. Typically our smallest tents can be transported in a full sized pick-up truck, but mid-sized tents require commercial delivery vehicles and larger tents require tractor-trailer sized vehicles to move.

  • Do you have a team to install your tent?
  • Do you need guidance on a qualified tent installer?
  • Do you have space to store your tent?
  • Do you have space to clean and maintain your tent?
  • Do you have all the equipment to install and remove the tent safely?

Frame Tents

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

Pole Tents

Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.
